We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to design, deploy, and operate large-scale Kubernetes platforms across cloud (Azure AKS) and on-premises (Red Hat OpenShift) environments.
This role focuses on building and maintaining secure, highly available, and scalable production systems supporting mission-critical workloads across multiple geographic regions.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, automation-driven, and experienced in production Kubernetes operations, Infrastructure as Code, and CI/CD platforms, with a strong emphasis on reliability, security, and operational excellence.
- 3–5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer
- Proven experience operating Kubernetes in production
- Hands-on experience with Azure AKS and Red Hat OpenShift
- Strong experience with Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)
- CI/CD experience with Azure DevOps and Git-based workflows
- Experience with ArgoCD and GitOps patterns
- Experience with Helm for Kubernetes deployments
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK)
- Solid understanding of security fundamentals: RBAC, secrets management, TLS, IAM
- Strong troubleshooting and production support skills
- Experience supporting multi-region or regulated production environments
Nice to Have
- Experience managing JFrog Artifactory
- Exposure to AWS (EKS, EC2, S3, IAM)
- Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and vulnerability management
- Experience with compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, NERC-CIP)
- B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field - an advantage
