Job Purpose

Focus on collaboration, automation, and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) to streamline software development and deployment lifecycle in the company. Automate infra-structure, establish CI/CD pipelines, monitoring systems, ensure security, troubleshoot is-sues. DevOps candidate requires strong technical skills, communication abilities, and understanding of software development and operations processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible to maintain the whole production process, including change control and incident response.
• Work closely with different teams for continue improvement of automation solutions.
• Manage application configuration, deployment, and monitoring in Kubernetes and virtual machines environment.
• Identify tunable spots in our system architecture.
• Develop the system architecture for the next decade together with our architects and development team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Proven experience working with Linux-based systems, shell and python scripting.
• Proficiency in Elastic Stack for log management and monitoring.
• Strong understanding of containerization concepts and experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, Terraform, and Helm.
• Familiarity with web servers such as Apache and Nginx.
• Solid understanding of version control systems, particularly GitHub.
• Experience with database platform like PostgreSQL, Mongo, Cassandra, & MySQL
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Working Hours: EST Time Zone

• First 2 months: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Dhaka Time)
• After 2 months: 8:00 PM to 4:00 AM (Dhaka Time), working remotely to align with EST
