As a DevOps Engineer at Clario, you’ll design, build, and scale secure, automated platforms that power the future of healthcare. You’ll modernize our infrastructure, accelerate delivery through CI/CD, and influence how our teams innovate at a global scale. What You’ll Be Doing
Platform & Automation
Build, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitLab preferred) and deployment workflows
Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, or similar) and automate configuration management
Develop automation for build, release, deployment, and YAML-based process improvements
Collaborate with development teams to embed quality and maximize test automation
Cloud & Infrastructure
Deploy and manage Kubernetes clusters (EKS) and critical components via ArgoCD, Helm, and Docker
Manage and scale AWS/Azure environments and SaaS operations
Plan for capacity changes, optimize data storage schemas, and support application systems
Partner with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors on infrastructure solutions
Reliability & Security
Integrate DAST/SAST security scans into CI/CD pipelines to ensure compliance with SDLC standards
Monitor services for uptime, performance, and fault resolution using modern observability tools (e.g., Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana, CloudWatch)
Apply “Privacy-by-Design” and “Security-by-Design” principles to infrastructure and pipeline design
Implement and support disaster recovery, backup, and restore strategies
Mentor junior engineers and promote DevOps best practices across teams
What We Look For
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
5+ years of experience in DevOps, systems engineering, or software development
Proven expertise in CI/CD pipeline automation (GitLab preferred) and Infrastructure as Code
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (EKS), ArgoCD, Helm, and Docker
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure)
Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Shell, PowerShell, etc.)
Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing, VLANs)
Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana, CloudWatch)
AWS or Azure certifications
Knowledge of Git2Consul, Consul config management, RabbitMQ federation, or Cloudfront caching
Experience with DevSecOps practices and system hardening
