Summary: As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure utilizing knowledge in continuous integration, delivery, and deployment (CI/CD), Cloud technologies, Container Orchestration and Security. Build and test end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that systems are safe against security threats. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines - Ensure security measures are in place for systems - Optimize infrastructure for performance Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce DevOps, Salesforce Administration, Jenkins, Docker Kubernetes Architecture, Copado and Design, DevOps Architecture - Strong understanding of cloud technologies - Experience with container orchestration tools - Knowledge of security best practices in CI/CD pipelines - Familiarity with infrastructure as code - Copado Implementation Management: - Implement and manage Copado DevOps solutions for Salesforce, including release management, version control, and automated deployments. - Create and maintain deployment pipelines and release plans using Copado. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Copado and Salesforce deployments. - CI/CD Pipeline Development: - Develop and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to automate and streamline the Salesforce development and release process. - Monitor and optimize pipeline performance and reliability. - Collaboration Communication: - Collaborate with Salesforce developers, administrators, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions. - Facilitate communication between development teams and operations to ensure alignment and smooth deployments. - Monitoring Performance Optimization: - Implement and manage monitoring tools to ensure the health and performance of Salesforce applications and deployments. - Analyze system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability. - Documentation Training: - Create and maintain documentation for DevOps processes, configurations, and best practices. - Provide training and support to team members on Copado and Salesforce DevOps practices. -Proficiency with version control systems, such as Bitbucket. -Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python) for automation tasks. -Experience with cloud platforms and containerization (e.g., AWS, Docker) is a plus. -Experience with Jira and Jenkins. -Certifications: -Relevant Copado certifications, such as Copado fundamental-I, Copado fundamental-II, Salesforce Certified Deployment Specialist and Salesforce Certified Admin, are highly desirable and demonstrate a strong foundation in Salesforce technologies and best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce DevOps. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
