The Role
You’ll join a 50+ person Product Tribe as a DevOps Engineer, working on one of the platform’s core functionalities. The team embraces an agile mindset and goes above and beyond to empower both you and your colleagues – promoting autonomy, encouraging independent decision-making, and turning failures into valuable learning experiences.
As a DevOps Engineer, you’ll work with servers and software within the Workforce Management domain, supporting clients in the retail and food-service industries. You’ll dive deep into the technical layers of the system, helping to solve product-related issues and building tools and setups that enable developers to move faster and work more efficiently.
You will be responsible for the following:
- Responsible for Docker/Swarm, Kubernetes, MySQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Redis, Linux (Ubuntu), AWS maintenance;
- Ansible automation: writing roles, improving and maintaining Ansible architecture;
- Maintaining Jenkins with ~300 nodes and ~300 jobs;
- Automating operations with Bash and Ansible;
- MySQL tweaking, replication, monitoring, backups;
- Monitoring with Zabbix, ELK, Graylog, Prometheus;
- Working on cybersecurity related tasks, working with OpenVAS for vulnerability scanning, Wazuh for intrusion detection and log analysis;
- Developing and deploying AI-driven automations to streamline processes, enhanceefficiency, and improve decision-making in operational and security workflows.
Your profile:
- Linux, Bash, Docker, MySQL, AWS experience;
- Deep understanding of MySQL, MongoDB;
- Jenkins Pipeline and Job DSL knowledge;
- Knowledge of Nginx, BIND, Postfix, Keepalived, GlusterFS;
Experience with the following is a plus: Kubernetes, libvirt/KVM, Golang, Python, Ruby, Groovy, PostgreSQL, ELK, HAProxy.

- Gross monthly salary: 5000 - 6600 Gross.
