Job Responsibilities:
What you can expect
As a DevOps/Continuous Integration Engineer, you will develop and operate services used for Continuous Integration. Your tasks will include both developing code and maintaining the services using DevOps principles.
We deliver tools for source code management, CI pipelines, artifacts, secret management, monitoring, infrastructure management and logging. We work in a team setup with daily standup and kanban boards, helping each other to design, implement and improve our ecosystem as well as operationalize our highly available and scalable infrastructure in the cloud and on-prem.
You will also work with a server park consisting of both Linux and Windows, coding in high-level languages such as Python. Some of the supported services are Gitlab, Jenkins, Zuul, Gerrit, GitHub and Artifactory.
Main focus areas• Maintain active relationships with partners and internal customers to determine business requirements and requirements.• Perform technical design reviews and code reviews.• Deploy tools in the CI tool chain, and handle upgrades and support.• Develop supporting tools and processes to help the user and the team.• Ability to handle CI/CD pipelines across cloud and on-prem infrastructure.

We believe you have knowledge and experience in:• DevOps, Lean, and Agile principles.• Programming in high-level languages such as Python.• Handling Linux servers and using technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.• Good skills in English, both spoken and written.• Experience with Elastic, Terraform and Ansible is meritorious.
You will bring development knowledge, an understanding of how to operate servers, and thoughts on DevOps, Lean, and Agile principles. You will practice these in your daily work and be an ambassador, helping teams and organizations succeed in developing their own systems.
