As we expand, we are searching for an experienced DevOps professional to contribute to our mission of building sustainable, cutting-edge infrastructure for DeFi products. If you're passionate about blockchain technology and decentralized finance, STON.fi is your platform to make a significant impact.
What you'll do:

Design, deploy, and maintain the company's infrastructure.

Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for application deployments.

Monitor system performance including on-calls, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system availability.

Manage, configure and monitor Kubernetes clusters on baremetal servers to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Collaborate with software development teams to ensure smooth integration of new features.

Implement and maintain security best practices.

Automate routine tasks and processes to improve efficiency.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in DevOps and system administration.
We are looking for a person who has:

2-3 years of proven experience in DevOps and system administration roles.

Experience in deploying and configuring Kubernetes on bare-metal servers.
-
Expertise in Kubernetes, including cluster setup, management, scaling, and optimization.

Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.).

Experience with Prometheus-based monitoring tools.

Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Ansible).

Experience with ClickHouse and Kafka.
-
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Would be a plus:

Experience in deploying applications with Node and Rust.

Knowledge of modern GitOps practices.
-
Experience with ArgoCD for GitOps-based continuous delivery.

Experience with ScyllaDB, CockroachDB.
-
AWS experience.
