About the project:
Building new generation teller applications for use in the banking sector. Teller is a very critical and heavily used application. Building the next-gen apps involves building new user experiences, bank end integrations with multiple cores, and ancillary applications for providing a modern, user-friendly, and seamless user experience.
Required:
- 6 to 8 years of experience in SRE / DevOps, system engineering, build/release/deployment, and automation
- Experience in deploying, monitoring, and operating infrastructure in private/public cloud for hosting highly available web applications and APIs at scale using Kubernetes and Docker
- Solid understanding of best practices in support of Continuous Deployment, including branching strategy, version management, artifact maintenance, configuration management
- Knowledge in source control management such as Git, and GitHub.
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Harness)
- Knowledge of networking concepts, including understanding of TCP/IP, routing, firewalls, protocols, load balancing, DNS
- Excellent scripting knowledge and ability to execute through Python, Bash/Shell, PowerShell, Go
- Experience with MSI packaging would be a plus
- Knowledge of nginx/Ingres configuration, Java and Maven would be plus
