The Role

About the role

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to help build and run our software delivery and infrastructure. Automating tasks, improving CI/CD and helping teams ship software safely. You will learn from senior engineers and take on growing ownership of the tooling as you go.

What you will do

  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and keep them reliable.
  • Automate operational and deployment tasks that slow teams down.
  • Help the QA team integrate automated quality and performance gates into the flow.
  • Support container-based and serverless environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Contribute to observability and monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana or similar).
  • Work with development and operations teams to spot and fix friction in the delivery flow.

What success looks like in your first year

  • You maintain and improve pipelines independently for the teams you support.
  • Repetitive operational tasks in your area are automated rather than done by hand.

Who You Are

What you will bring

  • 2-4 years working with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or Jenkins).
  • Working knowledge of containers and at least one cloud (AWS, Azure or GCP).
  • Familiarity with at least one Infrastructure as Code tool (Terraform, Ansible or equivalent).
  • Comfortable with Git, and able to read and write code, not only YAML.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional working English and Spanish.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to Kubernetes in production.
  • Experience with security or observability tooling in pipelines.
  • Experience in GitOps and Internal Developer Platforms.
  • Cloud or Kubernetes certifications, or clear progress toward them.
