DevOps Engineer
Position Summary: The DevOps Engineer will be responsible for enabling and supporting customers’ Integration DevOps platform by implementing CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, monitoring and alerting capabilities, security compliance controls, and environment management processes. The role will support the delivery of Integration Development, API Management, Event Streaming, and platform modernization initiatives within Whirlpool’s Integration DevOps operating model.
Key Responsibilities: CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, Monitoring & Alerting, Security Compliance, and Environment Management
CI/CD Pipeline Enablement
Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines for integration development and deployment.
Support automated deployment processes across integration platforms.
Enable continuous delivery practices aligned to Agile and DevOps methodologies.
Infrastructure as Code
Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions.
Support automated provisioning of platform components and environments.
Contribute to platform engineering and modernization activities.
Monitoring & Alerting
Implement monitoring and alerting capabilities across integration platforms.
Support operational visibility of APIs, integration services, and platform components.
Assist in proactive issue identification and operational support activities.
Security Compliance
Support implementation of security controls within the DevOps lifecycle.
Enable security validation and compliance checks as part of deployment automation.
Ensure alignment with integration platform governance and compliance requirements.
Environment Management
Manage development, test, and production environments supporting integration services.
Support deployment coordination and release management activities.
Maintain platform stability and operational readiness.
