Job DescriptionJoin a key modernization initiative within a European institutional environment. ARHS Group, part of Accenture, is looking for a DevOps Engineer to support the evolution of a critical banking application platform.
This role combines hands-on DevOps activities with technical analysis work to help prepare and support system modernization efforts, address technical debt, and contribute to future migration initiatives. You will work closely with development and infrastructure teams to improve automation, deployment processes, and platform reliability.
THE WORK:
- Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines supporting application development and delivery.
- Develop and maintain automation solutions using Ansible.
- Support build, validation, deployment, and release management activities.
- Participate in technical assessments and analysis activities related to system upgrades and migration planning.
- Contribute to the identification and remediation of technical debt.
- Develop and maintain automated test cases and validation processes.
- Perform basic administration and troubleshooting of Unix environments.
- Generate reports and analyze pipeline execution results.
- Support root cause analysis and resolution of issues occurring in development, testing, and production environments.
- Collaborate with developers and technical teams on continuous improvement initiatives.
Onsite at client site: This role requires an onsite presence with our clients and partners to support project delivery and strengthen client relationships.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Experience in DevOps, CI/CD, automation, or system engineering roles.
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with Ansible and infrastructure automation.
- Good understanding of software development and deployment lifecycles.
- Knowledge of Unix/Linux administration.
- Experience supporting release and deployment processes.
- Ability to analyze technical environments and contribute to modernization initiatives.
- Understanding of troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis techniques.
- Knowledge of Java applications and development environments is an asset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).

- Experience with migration or modernization projects.
- Experience in banking, financial services, or other regulated environments.
