Network Engineer (Digital Marketing sphere)

Our client is a leading technology-driven marketing company that enables brands and agencies to make data-informed decisions through a cross-channel, programmatic media platform. Their ecosystem connects over 150 partners, including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, and Twitter, and supports operations across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Australia.

You will join the Data Center Engineering (DCE) team, which oversees four critical infrastructure pillars: virtualization, storage, physical data centers, and networking. Your primary responsibility will be working on the design, implementation, and maintenance of highly available spine-and-leaf switching fabrics based on Arista switching technology. This role involves working with multi-100Gb network circuits, VPN solutions, firewalls, and a wide range of enterprise-level network technologies. You will be the 4th member of a U.S.-based network engineering team, focused on high-bandwidth routing, support operations, and troubleshooting during active hours.

• Design, implement, and maintain fault-tolerant routing/switching/security infrastructure;
• Manage SSL VPN, IPSec VPN, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, and other core services;
• Lead and manage network projects and delegate tasks to junior engineers;
• Interface with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams to address network requirements and deliver resolutions;
• Independently create and maintain network diagrams, installation documentation, and training resources;
• Serve as a technical and professional mentor to other team members;
• Participate in incident resolution, analyzing and resolving escalated tickets;
• Identify and execute improvements in processes and technologies;
• Provide protocol analysis for Ethernet, Wireless, TDM, and SONET network architectures;
• Support network-based services (BOOTP/DHCP, DNS, NTP, TFTP, SNMP, RADIUS, LDAP);
• Ensure adherence to network security best practices, including firewall, IDS/IPS, and VPN solutions;
• Collaborate with internal departments to troubleshoot issues and support telecommunications hardware/software;
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule, with occasional night/weekend work and travel to data center sites;

• 3+ years of experience in enterprise network engineering roles;
• Strong hands-on experience with network design, implementation, and troubleshooting;
• Deep knowledge of LAN topologies, routing protocols, and performance tuning;
• Familiarity with Arista, Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, and cloud networking in AWS;
• Proficiency in configuring and supporting VPNs, DNS, DHCP, VoIP, firewalls, and wireless networks;
• Experience with network security protocols and supporting monitoring systems;
• Strong problem-solving, project management, and time management skills;
• Strong documentation and communication skills;
• English proficiency at B1+ level or higher;
• Ability to work independently, learn new technologies quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment;
