The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Cloud Infrastructure Operations Engineer (DevOps), you will help power the next generation of healthcare technology by building and operating resilient, secure, and intelligent cloud platforms. In this role, you will work with modern infrastructure, automation, containers, orchestration, and AI-enabled engineering practices to accelerate innovation, improve reliability, and support solutions that shape the future of healthcare.
- Design, automate, and evolve cloud-native infrastructure using infrastructure as code, modern scripting, and policy-driven automation to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing platforms.
- Build and support container-based platforms and orchestration capabilities that enable faster delivery, stronger resiliency, and consistent operations across healthcare technology environments.
- Strengthen platform reliability and operational excellence through observability, proactive monitoring, performance optimization, and rapid resolution of infrastructure and integration issues.
- Apply security-by-design practices across cloud and enterprise infrastructure to help protect critical systems, data flows, and services that support modern healthcare solutions.
- Collaborate across engineering and business teams to deliver cutting-edge platform capabilities, leverage AI-assisted engineering tools where appropriate, and turn emerging technologies into real-world operational impact.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND three (3+) years of experience as a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer or in a similar infrastructure operations or DevOps role
- High School Diploma/GED AND five (5+) years of experience as a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer or in a similar infrastructure operations or DevOps role
AND
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
- Three (3) years of experience supporting enterprise infrastructure platforms, operational tooling, or cloud services in a production environment
- Three (3) years of experience with platform administration, operational support, system integrations, job scheduling, or service reliability activities in enterprise environments
- Two (2) years of automation experience using one or more technologies such as Python, Bash, PowerShell, Terraform, or CloudFormation
- One (1) year of experience troubleshooting infrastructure integrations, APIs, backup agents, and connectivity issues across cloud and enterprise platforms
- Hands-on experience with AWS services and monitoring or logging tools used to track infrastructure and platform operations
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Experience with NetApp storage platforms, SnapCenter plug-ins, or related data protection technologies
- Experience with backup governance, disaster recovery processes, retention policies, and operational resilience planning
- Experience with security and access control tooling such as Okta, SailPoint, Azure AD, ZScaler, or equivalent technologies used to protect enterprise infrastructure
- Multi-cloud experience across platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
Work location: Bangalore
- Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to Office at least 2 days per week)
