Brief Job Description:
- Participate requirement analysis, high and low level design of requirements, implementation and testing.
- Automate everything what you can.
- Create pipeline flows.
- Coordination with other developers for cross-functional requirements implementation and tests.
- Resolve issues proactively to deliver high quality products based on customers’ needs.
- Take ownership and responsibility for solutions provided.
- Work with team members collaboratively, complete code and document reviews and report issues on demand.
- Administer and optimize tools such as RabbitMQ, Redis, Hive, and Trino to improve application performance. Familiar with Elasticsearch for search and real-time analytics. Oversee the transition from Nexus to newer tools and technologies, ensuring smooth migration.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, EEE, or related field.
- 1 - 5 years of experience as DevOps or System Engineering or Site Realibility Engineering.
- Experience with Linux OS internals and command line.
- Experience with Version Control Tools especially Git.
- Experience with RabbitMQ, Redis, and Trino in a production environment.
Familiarity with Nexus, and experience migrating or phasing out legacy systems. - Hands-on experience on writing scripts and automation using Python, Bash is a must
- Hands-on experience on CI/CD practices, Jenkins solutions, Docker, Kubernates.
- Knowledge on general concepts of Huawei Cloud, IBM cloud, AWS , Azure or Google cloud is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for learning and adapting to new technologies.
Nice to have
- Experience working with Big Data technologies, including data processing and analysis tools such as Hive
