What's the role about?
As a DevOps Customer Solutions Engineer, you will act as the technical expert guiding customers through a complete DevOps transformation journey. You’ll install and configure the DevOps platform for our client, migrate legacy source code into modern Git repositories, design advanced CI/CD pipelines, and train engineering teams to adopt modern development practices.
This role offers the opportunity to directly transform how organizations build, manage, and deploy software. Working closely with customer development teams, IT operations, and leadership, you’ll drive end-to-end DevOps implementations while leveraging modern automation and DevOps technologies.
What do we require from you?
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Git version control and Git-based workflows.
- Extensive experience with Git platforms such as GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps, or Bitbucket.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD principles with hands-on experience building and maintaining pipelines.
- Experience with DevOps automation tools and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts.
- Proven ability to design and implement branching strategies and release management processes.
- Strong Linux/Unix command-line skills and shell scripting experience.
- Excellent customer-facing communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts.
- Experience leading technical training sessions or workshops.
- Ability to manage complex, multi-phase technical projects independently.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced English level.
