What you’ll do & Who you are
In order to strengthen the immo pro feature team, we are looking for an experienced Android Developer to join our development team in Paris, whose mission is to take charge of developments on features linked to the real estate professionals' careers on the leboncoin group's sites (C2B, B2C, B2B).
As part of a multi-disciplinary team made up of Backend, Frontend Web, iOS, QAA and UX Designer developers, reporting to an Engineering Manager and working directly with the Product Owner, you will take part in the entire feature development process, working on the Android part.
We work with the other features teams on a daily basis to ensure the business and technical consistency of the Android application, which is updated every week; the thirty or so developers in the Android guild are very close-knit and meet up every fortnight to share best practice.
We develop natively, essentially in KOTLIN in Clean Architecture, using a number of libraries such as Retrofit and Dagger.
You will be involved in the entire development chain, with the following tasks:

Working on a daily basis with the team's developers and other team members

Assessing the technical feasibility of features and estimating them
-
Develop new functionalities and frameworks in compliance with quality, resilience, performance and scalability practices

Optimise existing functionality
-
Guarantee the quality and robustness of the app through various tests: unit, integration, automated, functional, etc.

Maintaining and adding to the technical documentation
In addition to your duties, and in collaboration with the other Feature Teams, you will :

Monitor technological developments and take initiatives to improve the stack

Helping to improve environments, development methods and tests (unit and integration)

Develop an application with unique visibility in France

Joining a company where you can put forward your ideas and put them into practice
Qualifications:

You have at least 3 years' experience in this type of position

Proficiency in Kotlin and Java

MVVM design pattern
-
Knowledge of the Retrofit, OkHttp, Coroutines and Dagger libraries

Knowledge of Architecture Components (ViewModel, LiveData, Room)

Knowledge of Clean Architecture

Universal application / Material Design

Web services calls (REST, JSON)

Git, Android Studio, Play Store
