Votre Impact

• Diriger une équipe de développeurs dans la conception, le développement et la mise en œuvre de grands modèles linguistiques (LLM) pour les produits logiciels de Cerence.

• Collaborer avec des équipes interfonctionnelles, y compris des chercheurs en IA, des chefs de produit et des ingénieurs, pour définir les exigences et les spécifications des fonctionnalités basées sur LLM.

• Créer et perfectionner des algorithmes et des méthodes pour entraîner et ajuster minutieusement les grands modèles linguistiques, en priorisant la précision, l'efficience et la capacité de mise à l'échelle.

• Élaborer et déployer des éléments logiciels et des modules afin d'incorporer les fonctionnalités des grands modèles linguistiques dans les systèmes de reconnaissance vocale et de compréhension du langage naturel développés par Cerence.

• Effectuer des tests et une validation approfondie des fonctionnalités basées sur LLM pour garantir des performances élevées, une fiabilité et une robustesse dans les environnements automobiles du monde réel.

• Se maintenir informé des dernières avancées dans les technologies de l'IA et du traitement du langage naturel (NLP), et participer aux initiatives de recherche et d'innovation au sein de l'entreprise.

• Offrir une direction technique, du mentorat et des conseils aux membres de l'équipe, encourageant ainsi une culture axée sur la collaboration, l'innovation et l'apprentissage permanent.

Ce que vous apportez

• Baccalauréat et/ou Maîtrise en informatique, intelligence artificielle ou domaine connexe.

• Expérience avérée dans le développement de logiciels, avec une focalisation sur l'intelligence artificielle, l'apprentissage automatique et le traitement du langage naturel.

• Excellente maîtrise des langages de programmation tels que Python, C/C++, et expérience avec les cadres et bibliothèques d'IA (par exemple, TensorFlow, PyTorch).

• Une connaissance approfondie des grands modèles linguistiques (LLM), des architectures d'apprentissage profond et des méthodes de traitement du langage naturel.

• Expérience dans l'entraînement et l'ajustement fin des grands modèles linguistiques à l'aide d'ensembles de données à grande échelle et d'environnements informatiques distribués.

• Compétences exceptionnelles en résolution de problèmes, grande attention aux détails et aptitude à travailler de manière efficace au sein d'un environnement d'équipe collaboratif.

• Solides compétences en communication et capacité à transmettre efficacement des concepts techniques à des parties prenantes non techniques.

Your Impact

•  Lead a team of software developers in the design, development, and implementation of large language models (LLMs) for Cerence's software products.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including AI researchers, product managers, and engineers, to define requirements and specifications for LLM-based features and functionalities.

• Develop and optimize algorithms and techniques for training and fine-tuning large language models, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.

• Design and implement software components and modules to integrate LLM capabilities into Cerence's speech recognition and natural language understanding systems.

• Conduct thorough testing and validation of LLM-based features to ensure high performance, reliability, and robustness in real-world automotive environments.

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and natural language processing (NLP) technologies, and contribute to research and innovation efforts within the company.

• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.

• Proven experience in software development, with a focus on AI, machine learning, and natural language processing.

• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C/C++, and experience with AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).

• Solid understanding of large language models (LLMs), deep learning architectures, and NLP techniques.

• Experience with training and fine-tuning large language models using large-scale datasets and distributed computing environments.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

• Strong communication skills and ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
