About the Role
We are looking for a Development Team Lead to head up a cross-functional squad of developers and QA engineers. As a Development Team Lead, you will be accountable for the squad’s outcomes: delivering product goals, ensuring smooth processes, and supporting team growth.
This is a hybrid role combining technical leadership, product ownership mindset and people management.
• 2+ years of experience as Team Lead / Tech Lead / Squad Lead.
• 4+ years of hands-on development experience either Backend with Java or Frontend with Vue.
• Strong understanding of Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban).
• Facilitation skills for effective team ceremonies and discussions.
• Ability to balance technical quality with delivery speed.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire engineers.
• English: [Advanced/Fluent] for team communication.
