-
Lead Aviva’s annual holiday drive from planning through stewardship—managing logistics, donor and corporate communications, distribution, and acknowledgements for seasonal giving partners.
-
Strategically partner with program leadership to assess and prioritize in-kind needs across Aviva, translating site-level input into actionable giving opportunities.
-
Develop and oversee systems for tracking requested items, received donations, storage, distribution, acknowledgements, and donor follow-up; collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate and timely recording and reporting of in-kind contributions.
-
Proactively identify and cultivate opportunities for individuals, companies, vendors, and community partners to support Aviva through in-kind giving.
-
Identify, evaluate, and advance corporate and community engagement opportunities connected to in-kind giving, donor stewardship, Development events, and Aviva’s broader donor pipeline.
