Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a dedicated Development Engineer (L2) to join our dynamic team at Composite Resources in Rock Hill, SC. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of effectively implementing new technology and processes within composite manufacturing environments. You will collaborate with our world-class team to facilitate the execution of new programs and ensure seamless launches within the set timelines and budget.

Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

What you get to do!

• Operationalize manufacturing capabilities and new materials to drive growth.

Build and analyze arguments for new process technology.

• Drive execution of new processes at existing manufacturing sites.
• Develop training materials and procedures for new processes.
• Lead multi-site initiatives for product optimization.

• Bachelor's degree in Science/Engineering.
• 5-8 years of experience, including advanced materials and thermoset processing.
• Expertise in Non-Destructive Inspection Processes and Techniques.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, SolidWorks, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Ability to cultivate positive relationships with customers and internal collaborators.
