Your day looks like this:
- Assist Head of Development with daily tasks and team coordination;
- Support development teams and facilitate cross-team collaboration;
- Manage administrative duties including scheduling, meetings, and documentation;
- Facilitate daily team activities like standups and sprint planning;
- Track project progress and update stakeholders;
- Participate in quarterly planning and resource management;
- Promote agile practices and support team development.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and communication skills;
- Understanding of agile methodologies and scrum framework;
- Bachelor's degree;
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence;
- A minimum of 3 years of experience working closely with software development teams;
- Technical background is a plus;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate across teams.
