What you’ll achieveAs a PHP Developer, you will participate in the design, development, and technical support of laboratory information systems, collaborating with global R&D teams to enhance, maintain, and adapt Dedalus’ LIS solutions to regional needs.
You will:
- Develop and maintain PHP-based modules within the Dedalus LIS ecosystem.
- Implement new features and improvements aligned with the global product roadmap.
- Collaborate with Dedalus R&D (Europe) to ensure consistent quality and interoperability.
- Write and maintain technical documentation and scripts to support deployments.
- Follow best practices in version control, testing, and code quality assurance.

Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:Essential Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in PHP development (Laravel, Symfony, or similar frameworks).
- Strong experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle).
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, RESTful APIs, and web services.
- Experience in healthcare or laboratory systems (LIS) is a plus but not mandatory.
- English: Advanced (spoken and written) — required for collaboration with global teams.
- Spanish fluent
