Key Responsibilities:
Platform Development and Administration (60%)
- Design, develop, and maintain Medallia surveys, dashboards, and workflows.
- Administer user roles, permissions, and overall platform configurations.
- Build, maintain, and support API integrations with enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, SAP).
- Create custom dashboards and reports to monitor customer feedback and engagement metrics.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related technical issues in a timely manner.
Business Analysis and Insights (30%)
- Collaborate with CX teams to design surveys and campaigns aligned with business objectives.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Medallia, providing guidance and best practices to stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring alignment with Medallia's platform capabilities.
Growth and Innovation (10%)
- Learn, evaluate, and implement emerging technologies, including Gen AI and automation tools.
- Research and apply best practices in data visualization and customer experience (CX) methodologies.
- Advocate for the customer by ensuring their voice is effectively represented in business strategies and decisions.
Work Experience:
- Good understanding of JavaScript and/or SQL
- Design and manage engagement surveys in Medallia
- Analyze and summarize survey findings to recommend survey improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements
- Oversee active survey data collection and ongoing monitoring
- Administer user access, roles, and privileges within the application
- Develop in-depth knowledge of Medallia features and tools
- Integrate multiple data sources to create a unified customer view
- Identify and map key customer touchpoints across journeys
- Create custom dashboards and reports based on stakeholder needs
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong proficiency in: Excel/JavaScript/HTML/CSS
Education Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology or any other related discipline or equivalent related experience.
Shift Time: 02:00-11:00 PM IST
