About the role: 

We are seeking a highly skilled Developer Experience Engineer with strong full stack capabilities and backend orientation. This role combines developer tooling expertise with hands-on development across multiple projects. The ideal candidate should have a passion for both building elegant solutions and enabling other developers to work more efficiently.


You will 

Developer Experience & Platform:

  • Build fast solutions in the Node.js and microservices environment that enable development teams to be more efficient
  • Work closely with DevOps and development teams to promptly address developers' issues and develop permanent, scalable solutions
  • Build flexible and user-friendly solutions that enable different teams with different business challenges to build high-quality software more efficiently
  • Continuously enhance our development environment by delivering improvements to internal tooling and processes

Cross-Project Development:

  • Take full ownership of engineering projects across multiple teams, including design, implementation, deployment, and maintenance
  • Demonstrate flexibility to move between projects, complete deliverables, perform knowledge transfer (KT), and transition to new teams as needed
  • Build high-quality, backend-oriented software used by thousands of customers
  • Write modular, secure, and well-tested code with focus on backend architecture

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and analysts to understand user requirements and develop products that fulfill those needs
  • Maintain availability for meetings and coordination with US-based teams as required
  • Support product demos and presentations as needed
  • Coordinate with US engineering leads to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams with strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills
You have
  • 5+ years working as a web developer, broad knowledge of modern web frameworks, tools, and architecture
  • 3+ years of experience in Node.js, preferably TypeScript
  • 2+ years of experience in React frameworks, preferably TypeScript
  • Strong backend development skills and architecture understanding
  • Familiarity with Serverless technologies is a plus
  • Familiarity with NestJS is a plus
  • Proven ability to work across multiple projects and teams with flexibility
  • Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities
  • Experience with knowledge transfer and cross-team collaboration
  • Comfortable with international team coordination and US time zone availability when needed
