Position Overview
We’re looking for a talented and adaptable WordPress & Drupal Developer to join our dynamic creative agency. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building elegant, high-performing websites and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll work across a variety of client projects, contributing to both back-end architecture and front-end experiences, while bringing creative solutions to technical challenges.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Web Development, or related field
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Drupal, WordPress, and/or back-end development
- Solid understanding of PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and CMS architecture
- Ability to work East Coast hours reliably
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a creative agency or client-facing development role
- Front-end development skills (React, Vue.js, or similar frameworks)
- Familiarity with Git workflows and CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and SEO best practices
- Experience with site migrations, performance optimization, and security hardening
- Design sensibility and ability to collaborate with UX/UI teams
