At HSO, we’re looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Developer to join our growing team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and customizing solutions within the Dynamics 365 CE platform to support business processes and enhance customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities- Design and develop customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations within Dynamics 365 CE
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Implement Power Platform components (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) as part of the solution architecture
- Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability through best practices and testing
- Support deployment, troubleshooting, and ongoing enhancements
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Proven experience with Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing modules)
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Power Platform tools
- Experience with Azure services, Dataverse, and integration frameworks (e.g., Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus)
- Strong understanding of CRM data models, security roles, and solution management
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
