- Gathers required technical and status information and communicates updates effectively to relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinates cross‑functionally with product managers, backend teams, designers, QA engineers, and external partners to accomplish assigned development tasks.
- Provides recommendations on Android application architecture, frameworks, tools, libraries, and development process improvements.
- May contribute to defining and implementing mobile development standards, best practices, and protocols supporting Android ecosystem requirements.
Skills Required
- Proficient in Kotlin and Java for Android development
- Experience with Android SDK and platform APIs
- Familiarity with Android architectural patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture or similar)
- Experience with CI/CD for Android builds, testing, and Play Store releases
- Knowledge of performance optimization and secure coding practices for mobile
- Ability to evaluate and ensure compatibility across Android OS versions, devices, and screen sizes
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving app defects, crashes, and performance issues
