QTerminals invites Qataris that have recently graduated with a bachelors degree to apply for the opportunity to join our Qatari Development Program (QDP)
The program is designed to give graduates the knowledge and skills that will enable a successful and rewarding career within QTerminals and beyond. This program includes industry and job-specific learning, mixed with special projects, and formal training opportunities.

- Depending on your chosen path, you will participate in a 1-year structured development program.
- Developees shall be supported by a Department Head or ‘mentor’ to provide guidance and constructive feedback.

QTerminals W.L.L. is a global port and terminal operating company jointly established by Mwani Qatar and Qatar Navigation (Milaha). It operates and manages facilities providing handling services for containers, bulk and general cargo, RORO, livestock, offshore supply and cruise ships. Its portfolio spans terminals in Qatar, Ukraine, Türkiye and the Netherlands, supporting Qatar’s imports, exports and wider maritime trade flows.
