What You’ll Do

You’ll play a key role in designing and evolving the infrastructure that our teams rely on every day. In this role, you will:

• Shape and maintain infrastructure across both cloud and on‑prem environments

• Lead architectural decisions and champion Infrastructure‑as‑Code (IaC) practices

• Automate provisioning, streamline processes, and reduce manual effort across the platform

• Strengthen observability using Datadog and Azure Monitor, creating clarity and insight for teams

• Partner closely with product, cloud, and security groups to ensure our platform grows with purpose

• You won’t just be building systems you’ll be building confidence, consistency, and capability across the organisation.

About You

You’re thoughtful, collaborative, and always looking for the why behind the work. You care about doing things the right way, not just the fast way. You bring:

• Strong DevOps experience across Azure, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines

• A solid understanding of infrastructure architecture and observability best practices

• Comfort supporting internal teams, navigating dependencies, and creating shared clarity

• A willingness to take part in shared release responsibilities and a love of continuous learning

If you’re someone who balances technical depth with empathy and communication, you’ll fit right in.
