Familiar with Detica product modules e..g detection modules, workflows, how screen and UI impact, configurations e.g. setting up Name screening logic, threshold, fuzzy logic matching rules.
Finger printing logic, watchlist set up org unit set up
Familiar with Fenergo customer risk scoring module, workflow set up from account opening, trigger event review and period review
Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze and document functional requirements.
Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications.
Collaborate with developers to ensure a solid understanding of requirements and help guide the development process.
Conduct system testing to ensure that the final product meets the specified requirements.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by preparing test cases, test scripts, and documentation.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhancements based on functional analysis.
Develop and maintain project documentation including system requirements, functional specifications, and user manuals.
Assist in training end-users and create instructional materials regarding system functionalities.
