- Onsite Technical Assistance: Provide hands-on technical support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network-related issues in person.
- Hardware Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals, ensuring optimal functionality.
- Software Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve software-related problems, including installation, configuration, and updates for various applications.
- Network Support: Assist in the setup and troubleshooting of local networks, including connectivity issues and basic network configurations.
- Problem Resolution: Respond promptly to IT support requests, documenting issues, and providing efficient solutions to minimize downtime.
- Collaboration with Remote Teams: Work closely with remote IT teams, providing on-site insights and assistance during critical system upgrades and maintenance activities.
- Equipment Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of IT equipment, track inventory levels, and coordinate with procurement for necessary replacements.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing user concerns with professionalism and courtesy, and ensuring a positive overall support experience.
