Job Description:

Mercury Radio Arts, Inc., is seeking an energetic Desktop Support Technician to provide internal support to our workforce. This position will require Active Directory experience setting up new users, groups, and password management. Networking troubleshooting experience with cabling, WiFi, DNS, and any exposure to Juniper, Cisco and Ubiquity network equipment are a big plus. This person will be supporting workstation software and network hardware, working with servers, PCs, printers as well as remote users. The ideal candidate would be a goal oriented individual with organizational skills and a good communicator with a natural aptitude for dealing with people and possess the ability to assess and prioritize faults and respond or escalate accordingly.

Required Skills

  • Familiarity with ticket management and change management
  • Active directory, Azure AD, Group policy, DHCP, DNS.
  • InTune
  • Office 365
  • Knowledge of Risk Management, Threat Management and Vulnerability Assessment

  • SAML / OneLogin
  • Power Shell scripting
  • OpenVPN
  • Ubuntu
  • HyperVisor
  • AWS (Compute, Storage, Media)

Qualifications

  • Degree or certification in a computer-centered discipline. A+ or ITIL preferred.
  • 2 years experience providing desktop/service support for Windows and Mac OS.
  • Experience as a desktop support technician or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs.
  • Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners.
  • Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions
  • Fantastic installation, diagnostic, upgrade, and restoration abilities.
