We’re looking for a Designer to join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract, supporting both performance marketing output and wider creative initiatives across the business. In this role, you’ll create digital-first work across paid, social and marketing channels – developing engaging concepts and high-quality assets that not only capture attention, but help drive meaningful results.

While a large portion of your day-to-day will focus on performance creative across channels like Meta, you’ll also contribute to broader campaigns, brand work and creative ideation alongside the wider team.

You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy working collaboratively, moving at pace, generating ideas and balancing creativity with commercial thinking.

What you’ll do

On a day-to-day basis, you will:

  • Create digital creative across paid social, marketing and campaign channels
  • Develop multiple creative concepts and iterations across campaigns and content
  • Work closely with the Performance team to optimise creative for engagement and conversion
  • Design assets across Meta, digital ads, landing pages, email and broader marketing collateral
  • Support the wider Creative team with campaign ideation and execution
  • Respond quickly to trends, insights and testing opportunities with new creative angles
  • Help evolve and maintain visual consistency across Mosh & Moshy creative output
  • Collaborate with Creative, Social and Performance teams to bring ideas to life
  • Contribute ideas around creative experimentation, AI tools and emerging content trends
  • Assist with broader brand and campaign work where required

Your experience

We’re looking for someone who is creatively curious, collaborative and commercially minded – someone who enjoys fast-paced environments and understands how creative contributes to performance.

You’ll likely bring:

  • 2–4+ years’ experience in a digital design, graphic design or creative role
  • A strong portfolio showcasing digital, social and performance-focused work
  • Strong skills across Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere Pro)
  • Experience creating content for paid social and digital marketing channels
  • An understanding of what makes content perform across platforms like Meta
  • Confidence managing multiple briefs and working at pace
  • Strong attention to detail and solid design fundamentals
  • A collaborative mindset and openness to feedback and iteration
  • Interest in AI, content trends and evolving creative tools

Experience in motion, video editing, animation or performance creative testing is highly regarded.
