Job Description
- Creative Development
- Lead the design execution for campaigns across digital and eCommerce channels (social media, website, livestreams, banners, paid ads, etc.).
- Translate marketing briefs into compelling visuals that reflect brand identity and enhance consumer engagement.
- Develop creative concepts and moodboards for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and livestreaming events.
2. Design Execution (Still Image, GIF & Video)
- Create and finalize all artwork formats including product visuals, banners, campaign key visuals, and motion design (GIFs, short clips).
- Edit and produce short-form videos for social media, livestreams, and paid media.
- Ensure design consistency and maintain high standards for image and video quality across all assets.
3. Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with the eMarketing, Social Commerce, and eCommerce teams to ensure timely delivery of creative assets.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and agencies when needed.
- Provide design direction and guidance to junior designers or freelancers.
4. Brand Consistency & Innovation
- Maintain brand guidelines and ensure all creative assets are aligned with global visual identity.
- Continuously explore new creative formats, design tools, and trends to elevate brand visuals.
Background requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in design/3D/2D or any relevant degree
- 6+ years of experience with background from beauty is preferred. Ability to do the creative assets.
- Good communication skills.
