Responsibilities
- Brainstorm and develop design concepts that align with strategic goals outlined in creative briefs.
- Generate high-quality layouts and visual solutions for a range of agency and client projects.
- Collaborate with copywriters to ensure visual and verbal storytelling work seamlessly together.
- Select, retouch, and manipulate images to elevate creative concepts.
- Prepare accurate, production-ready files for both digital and print deliverables.
- Use Adobe Creative Suite to design across multiple media formats and support other designers when needed.
- Partner with art directors and copywriters to create and deliver dynamic presentations.
- Participate in occasional client discussions to help bring ideas to life.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of design experience, preferably in an advertising or marketing agency environment.
- Proven concepting and design skills with a strong sense of typography, layout and visual hierarchy.
- Experience designing across multiple channels including print, digital, social, experiential, video and more.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while staying organized.
- Naturally curious, open to feedback, and motivated to grow and learn new skills.
- Strong attention to detail and process.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
- Experience with After Effects or Premiere is a plus.
- UX design experience is a bonus.
