Designer
We’re on the lookout for an empathetic, collaborative, detail-oriented Designer who is passionate about creating exceptional experiences. In this role, you’ll design simple, human-focused deliverables that drive action. The ideal candidate is energized by compelling color palettes, lovely typography, balanced compositions and visually solving problems.

What you’ll do:
- Ensure promotional campaigns are engaging, delightful and drive action
- Design emails, mms messages, on-site banners, and Facebook ads.
- Improve campaign metrics through persistent testing.
- Constantly source inspiration.
- Support our paid and organic marketing programs by designing engaging ads
- Design Facebook/Instagram ads, display banners, TV commercial end cards, organic posts, and more.
- Be our “Guardian of Product.”
- Design thoughtful printed materials.
- Ensure materials are clear, correct, informative and human.
- Ensure everything stands alone but also works as a set.
- Collaborate on Photoshoot.
- Help create shot-lists and source props and talent.
- Constantly source photography inspiration.
- Roll out photography to all touchpoints.
- Stay up-to-date on latest digital and print design trends, techniques, and technologies
- Build strong, supportive and constructive relationships across the team
Who you are:
- 3-5 years of design experience in a demanding and professional environment
- BFA encompassing formal design training, or equivalent work experience
- Have a compelling portfolio demonstrating design, typography, composition, and color skills
- Ability to empathize with the customer and their interaction with our brand in a digital world
- Passionate about creating, communicating, and defending the needs of the user
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional communication skills
- A “no task is too small” attitude and a positive, spirited outlook
