Designer, Layout

Analog Devices’ Digital Healthcare Engineer group is looking for a Layout Designer to join our team. We design integrated circuits serving our medical product customers. Our main area is in medical imaging consisting of products in CT, Digital X-Ray, and Medical Ultrasound.

About the Role
As a Designer, Layout, you are a developing professional with growing mastery of basic layout functions. You will design and implement integrated circuit layouts with moderate complexity, working with reasonable guidance while taking on increasingly challenging projects that contribute to ADI's innovative products.
Key Responsibilities

  • Extensive analog block level layout experience
  • Strong fundamental knowledge in semiconductor device physics, cross-section and construction
  • Strong fundamental knowledge in layout principles, IC reliability and failure mechanisms
  • Proficiency in Cadence Virtuoso XL and Calibre verification tools is an advantage
    Education & Experience
    • BS Electronics, Electrical Engineering
    • 2+ years relevant working experience
    • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
    • Able to work and effectively collaborate with a cross-functional and global team
    • Layout experience in any of the following areas is an advantage: Analog Front Ends, DACs, ADCs
