At SQLI, we combine strategy, marketing, and design to create brand experiences that perform - across campaigns, platforms, and ecommerce.

We're looking for a Designer who brings a sharp eye for detail and the flexibility to keep up with a fast-moving, international creative team.

What you'll do

You design with purpose, and you deliver.

• Design and produce email marketing campaigns and templates within our automated email platform, ensuring designs translate seamlessly from concept to inbox.

• Work within brand guidelines across multiple client accounts, ensuring visual consistency

• Collaborate with an international team of designers, strategists, and marketers

• Iterate quickly based on feedback and handle last-minute changes without losing quality or focus

• Support the team with other digital design assets as needed

Qualifications

What you bring

• At least 2 years of experience in a design role (agency experience is a plus)

• Strong proficiency in Figma. Components, auto layout, and shared libraries feel natural to you

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS. You understand how email designs are built, so what you create actually holds up in the inbox

• A meticulous, structured working style. You catch the things others miss

• The ability to manage multiple projects and adapt your priorities when needed

• Good communication skills in English (our team is international)

 

And just as important:

• You take pride in precise, polished work

• You're proactive, reliable, and easy to work with

• You're curious, eager to learn, and open to feedback

• You take ownership of the brief, the output, and the details in between

 

 

Nice to have

• Experience designing for social media (static and/or animated formats)

• Motion design skills (After Effects, Lottie, or similar)

• Interest in AI and automation — and how they're changing the way we work

• Hybrid work model: 1 day in the office and 4 days remote.
