UX Designer
About the office and the team:
At Quickbase, we believe that exceptional employees, treated well, are the key to our success. Our teams are small, nimble, and highly empowered to drive product excellence. Each team owns its own commitments and outcomes. They savor the surprises and learn fast so that they can be better tomorrow than they are today.
Design Team & Role
The User Experience Design team plays a vital role in visualizing the future of the Quickbase product. We work closely with Product Management and Engineering in agile scrum teams daily to support and drive business goals.
As an Interaction Designer, you are an integral part of the design team which also includes visual and content designers. With your scrum team you work to understand business needs and product requirements. You'll then transform that understanding into intuitive user-focused experiences, via wireframes and other design documents. You will also help us build our design system of interaction guidelines and patterns and support the translation of these into re-usable components.
If you enjoy diving into complex design problems and collaborating with a team to create modern, intuitive designs, we'd love to talk with you!
