The role:
CarAdvise is looking to hire our first in house UX Designer reporting into the Head of Product. The ideal candidate is comfortable creating top notch digital user experiences for consumers and fleets, improving our internal tools, and creating best in class marketing campaigns.
What you will work on:
- Designing an entire consumer auto platform that will become the leading auto super app
- Creating a design system for easy reuse of components in Figma
- Work with product to understand the requirements and empathize with our users
- Create dev ready designs in Figma
- Create branded marketing assets for all channels including text, email, push (prefer a background in graphic design as this will be 20% of the role)
- Conduct basic user research and report out results to leadership
- Keep our entire app and web ecosystem on the same page from a design and UX perspective
- Support multiple dev teams as a part of stand ups
- Help determine MVP and requirements with product
