What you'll be doing
We are looking for a talented UX professional to join our team. In this role you will work closely with stakeholders and other talented UX professionals to design experiences w/in our digital portal.
Develops the user experience and design for the B2B self-serve portal
Partners with project team and IT to develop user experience for new functionality - understand project targets and desired intents / customer experiences and develop the online user experience / design / wireframes for all projects / enhancements to the portal
Work with stakeholders and others in a multi-disciplinary team to define requirements and develop the solution.
Participate in user research and observation of user tasks, integrating these findings with business requirements to transform the users mental model into the user interface.
Leverage experience in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Invision or Axure to design intuitive and simple user interfaces for web and mobile solutions, producing storyboards, mock ups and conceptual models.
Use strong people skills and negotiation skills to ensure teams are aligned on the customer experience strategy.

You'll need to have:
Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience
Four or more years of relevant work experience
Five or more years of UI/UX design experience including a portfolio
Experience in end-to-end system design, including ecommerce, portal, etc.
Even better if you have:
A strong sense of style with impeccable design fundamentals.
Ability to develop interface design systems that combine branding and commerce.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Invision or Axure
Agile experience
Advanced training on user experience (UX) from a qualified institution (Human Factors International, Bentley University etc.)
Wireless experience
Digital personalization experience
