You're a great fit if:

• Ability to define, plan, and lead the team in the execution and evolution of an overarching UX strategy
• Have a portfolio creating modern, responsive interfaces, large-scale websites, and mobile apps
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in creating products combining innovation and usability
• Use design thinking methods to iterate through concepts that can be tested and validated with users
• Understand what is involved in mapping a user’s journey across touch points
• You have experience supporting complex applications in a cloud-native, DevSecOps environment

• You possess 3-5 years of experience leading transformative digital experiences
• You’ve built a portfolio of experience showing UX artifacts across research and architecture
• You can demonstrate the ability to work with Project Owners to assess and prioritize strategic opportunities in an Agile and Lean environment
• You possess a Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Human Factors, Visual Design, Psychology, Information Science, or equivalent
• You are very familiar with the Atlassian suite and supporting large-scale development efforts in an agile context (Kanban and Scrum)
• You have a bachelor’s degree and ability to obtain and maintain DHS Suitability

We'll REALLY love you if: (This is the bonus stuff that makes you stand out)

• You possess a Human Factors certification such as CUA, HCI
• You have experience with supporting Federal and/or commercial project which include up to 200+ developers in a highly dynamic agile environment
• You have experience building MVPs and prototypes to support exploration and adoption of new technologies
