As the UI/UX Designer, you will create and iterate intuitive interactions and designs for our platform. You will be involved in the end-to-end product design process and enjoy a large degree of creative freedom and influence. You will also establish style guides and design patterns. Additionally, you will:
- Create polished, developer-ready designs
- Manage final design hand-off to engineering
- Respond to and incorporate user feedback
- Work with product teams to drive various growth initiatives
- Work in an Agile environment with a distributed team
What You'll Need to be Successful:
- At least 5 years of product design experience focusing on user experience
- Experience designing internal-facing digital products with a systematic approach
- Thoughtfulness about accessibility and inclusive design
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to achieve agreement with partners and stakeholders
- Solid understanding of user experience design principles and interaction patterns
- Portfolio showcasing strong visual and interface design experience
- Demonstrated ability to solve for complex user journeys
- Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, dynamic, and Agile environment
- Strong communication skills
