About the Role
Selfbook is looking for a Sr. Production Designer to join our team and bring hotel bookings into
the 21st century. By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to grow the family of world-
class hotels using Selfbook to simplify their payment and booking systems.
This position is responsible for managing and delivering content for digital marketing channels
including emails, banners, and site updates. Additionally, this position is responsible for the
creation of branded sales and communications tools, B2B campaigns and partnership assets.
The ideal candidate wields a keen eye for detail to spot differences in font, color, size, alignment
and overall quality.
What You'll Do

• Collaborate closely with creative & marketing teams
• In this senior level role, you'll oversee the design and production of static visuals for various deliverables ranging from paid digital banners, digital out-of-home and large scale social campaigns
• You're able to expertly convert initial creative concepts into production friendly formats by offering new angles and implementing design best practices and practical solutions guaranteeing projects meet client standards
• Manage and follow brand guidelines and quality standards
• Deliver clean, organized, layered digital assets
• Build interchangeable experience fragments for site content modules in AEM
• Communicate and document issues. Provide steps to resolve
• Work quickly, efficiently, and effortlessly in maintaining deadlines

You're Right for the Role If...

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Miro, Jira, (After Effects a plus)
• 5+ years of experience leading Production Design and ability to set best practices for a growing brand development team.
• Understanding of asset exporting best practices (quality, color profile settings)
• Experience creating digital assets with branding in mind
• Understanding of vector graphics creation and file handling
• Excellent communication skills and collaborator
• Excellent time management skills. Ability to meet deadlines, ability to multitask.
• Experience working within a digital production team
• Ability to work independently to accomplish tasks
• Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is a plus
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS/Basic Markup is a plus
