Vimeo’s Marketing and Creative team is seeking a Senior Designer to work across the Vimeo.com site and beyond.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the creative lead across Vimeo’s channels to ensure the most optimum Vimeo.com logged-out experience for our users. Interpreting with user data, site analytics your goal will be to optimize, design, site pages and components while maintaining a cohesive ‘on brand’ digital site experience. You will bring a balanced UX background, outstanding design and layout skills to the table. In this position, you will iterate quickly, A/B test designs and proactively ensure we funnel the right prospects to the accurate destinations. You will also be asked to work on other design assignments across marketing and brand.

What you'll do:

• Work with the Brand design team, to optimize the logged-out Vimeo website
• Collaborate with our brand and product design team to ensure accurate asset usage
• Under the guidance of a design lead, ensure Vimeo’s brand guidelines are maintained
• Build multiple A/B options for testing
• Contribute and influence image capture asset shoots
• Create and maintain a web kit system

Skills and knowledge you should possess:

• 6+ years digital design
• Strong UX/UI and web experience across mobile and desktop
• Experience with Figma, Creative Suite.
• Experience working closely with front-end dev
• Exceptional layout, design, typography, and composition skills
• Knowledge and experience with motion design and animation
• Able to follow and develop strict brand and style guidelines

Bonus points (nice to have, but not needed):

• SaaS and tech sector experience
• Basic motion experience
• Experience designing on growth marketing teams
• Experience in B2B
