Senior Product Designer

The truth that no one wants to say out loud is that Big Tech has held the customer experience hostage for decades with its giant servers, complex implementations, buried software and expensive contracts. We are looking for a skilled Senior Product Designer who will design our user interfaces to help meet our customers' needs. You will make our product more user-friendly and intuitive to attract and retain customers, by designing interfaces to enhance user experience.
A successful candidate should be an analytical and creative designer who is able to grasp user needs and solve problems. We also expect you to have a strong portfolio of successful UX, UI, product, and other technical projects.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and meet product specifications and user expectations
- Build wireframes and prototypes around customer needs
- Solve product development issues including UI/UX problems, such as usability or find-ability, and using the creative approach
- Creating user interface designs for applications, including the development of prototypes for testing with users
- Stay informed about competitor products and industry trends
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional team members and leads across the organization.
- Ensuring that designs meet industry standards for usability, durability, and appearance
- Collect and review specifications and requirements based on technical needs
- Conducting competitive analysis of existing products in the marketplace to identify opportunities for improvement
- Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends and apply them into operations and activities
- Setting design requirements based on briefs from internal teams and external partners
- Work together with creative team to match visual design intent
Qualifications:
- 5+ years' experience of working as a Product Designer or a UX Designer, UI Designer or other relevant position
- Significant experience with design software and a solid portfolio of design projects
- Excellent knowledge of interaction design and information architecture
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with business-oriented approach
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with Figma is a big plus!
