Job Description
Epsilon is seeking a creative and collaborative individual with a growth-mindset to execute our training content initiative. The Sales and Product Training Content Specialist will lead the effort of designing, developing, and producing on-demand training content that will impact the development of over 1,000 enterprise sellers. Our ideal candidate will thrive in crossing projects off the "to-do" list, collaborating with industry-leading SME's, and managing multiple projects / processes at once. Essential Functions

  • Develop sales and product training content intended to be available on-demand across the globe in our learning management system (LMS)
  • Own the entire content development process from inception to publishing. Key milestones may include:
    • Building timelines to completion for each piece of content
    • Planning learning objectives and outcomes
    • Partnering with L&D and other internal partners to build storyboard / outline
    • Design and create content visuals
    • Record, edit, test, and publish content
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders from marketing, product, and sales to develop, facilitate, and review content
  • Work closely with sales and product training team to prioritize, manage, and execute content


Knowledge & Skills

  • Able to meet deadlines and handle 3-4 complex projects simultaneously.
  • Proven content and/or graphic design skills
  • Able to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Able to creatively solve problems.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient knowledge of adult learning principles and techniques.
  • Proficient understanding of online learning best practices.


Technical Requirements

  • Video editing basics: cutting and publishing video recordings
  • Proficient in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated competency in Zoom & MS Teams
  • Willingness and ability to learn new systems


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with learning management systems
  • Experience in Articulate Storyline 360
  • Experience in ad tech / mar tech space
  • Instructional design experience


Experience

  • Requires a minimum of 2+ years of experience in either L&D, graphic design, marketing, or creative fields.


Education

  • 4-year degree in Business, Communications, or similar practice; or equivalent work experience.
