Throughline, Inc. is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer at its Washington, D.C. office.

Job Description: Design conceptual graphics and strategy maps based upon brainstorming sessions and direction from account teams. Assist in building/preparing files for printers and clients. Review concept sketches or mock-ups with the art director and account teams. Design best practice tools and software. Wireframe and create working compositions for online interactive design using Adobe Creative Cloud 2016. Utilize strong knowledge in: principles of graphic and visual design, information layout and printing specifications. Utilize the following design skills: web, print, illustration, typography, layout, and production. Utilize strong aesthetic sense, conceptual skills, ability to bring messages to life, and clearly communicate ideas through different mediums. Utilize ability to multi-task, take on several projects, meet deadlines, organize, and communicate. Utilize ability to collaborate productively in large interdisciplinary teams.

Minimum Requirements: The position requires a minimum of a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design or a related field of study and three (3) years of design or production experience. The position requires at least (1) year of experience with the following computer skills: Macintosh OS X, Microsoft Windows XP, Adobe Creative Suite 2016, Microsoft PowerPoint and Keynote. Experience may be gained concurrently. Foreign degree equivalent accepted. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, or training.
