Product Designer, Support Experience

About the Role:
As a Product Designer on the Customer Success team at Remitly, you will help us create the strategy for both customer-facing support experiences and our agent-facing tools. You will help us transform complex workflows into simple, intuitive, and efficient experiences. You'll be a voice and advocate for our customers and our agents, the humans who serve our customers every day.
You will report to the Director of Digital Support while being a part of the Remitly Design Chapter. By being a part of the Design Chapter, you will participate in and help lead rituals alongside other product designers so you can continue to build your design craft and stay connected to the design strategy, while being embedded in the Customer Success team.
You Will:
- Connect with customers and agents to validate product directions, while serving as their voice in technology discussions.
- Empathize with people whose experience and needs may be different than your own.
- Help establish the short-term and long-term vision of the digital support and agent experiences.
- Think holistically about systems – even as you design specific features, you want to understand the entire customer journey.
- Craft and iterate upon our support channels and internal tools design system and brand language.
- Work with our product, content, engineering, and operations teams to evaluate and dissect the data and workflow needs of our users.
- Advocate for your designs by collaborating and presenting your work to our teams.
You Have:
- 3+ years of experience performing all responsibilities of the product design lifecycle, and bring a portfolio of compelling design artifacts that teams have used to align their work
- A genuine interest in designing delightful experiences that impact people's lives.
- An enthusiasm for uncovering user insights so we don't just solve a problem – we solve the right problem.
- A passion for data that inspires you to curiously challenge projects, approaches, and theories to inform your strategy and solutions.
- An eagerness to grow, expand your skills, and try new things.
- Solid knowledge of modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Framer X, InVision).
- Experience designing, and working within the limitations of third-party CRM tools (ex: Salesforce) is ideal.
- Fluency in Spanish or other languages a plus
