Do you want to play a role in global commerce?

Looking for an experienced, creative graphic design/production professional with a strong work ethic and a fine eye for detail that will update and develop strategy-driven visual marketing content for Prologis’ existing and prospective private investors. Individual is accountable for creative, brand-compliant, and timely production, formatting, and delivery of professional reporting and pitch presentations. Candidate is responsible for managing his/her assigned tasks, as well as working effectively and communicating closely with business partners. Because we are a financial institution, candidate must be highly experienced in Microsoft PowerPoint. A skillset in production, graphic design, information design, and/or finance or real estate is preferred. Position requires proficiency in multiple software packages, particularly Microsoft PowerPoint, and the ability to produce large volumes of work consistently and, most importantly, accurately. The candidate will report to the Content and Design Director.

What's needed to do that:

Work closely with Fund Management, Research, ESG and Client Relations teams to format high impact reports and presentations. Understand presentation goals, and transform qualitative and quantitative information into clean, clear and compelling visual solutions that are delivered on-time, on-brand, and accurately.

• Demonstrate initiative and innovation appropriate to the assignment and timeframe
• Examples of the materials responsible for include: Updating quarterly pitchbooks, investor brochures, quarterly reports, monthly reports, PPM updates, board meeting presentations, event invitations, social media ads, annual business plans, and more…

• 3-4+ years of applied experience
• Advanced proficiency of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat)
• Video editing experience a plus
• Information design/data visualization experience a plus
• Digital marketing experience a plus
• Real estate or Finance experience a plus
• Proven track record working with complex teams and/or organizations, and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and virtual teams
• Strong work ethic with exceptional attention to detail. Accuracy is very important.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment where priorities are always shifting

Target base compensation range of: $65,000 - $80,000, plus bonus % target to be discussed during initial phone interview.
